中美合资青州金青云新材料有限公司是中国北方大的真空镀铝系列产品生产基地，地处山东省青州市，济青高速、胶济铁路横贯其中，交通十分便利。公司占地面积200余亩，是山东省科委认定的高新技术产业。公司秉承“以人为本、科技为先”的经营理念，聚集了一大批从事真空镀膜行业十几年的优秀科技人才；公司拥有当今世界上技术水平为先进的高真空镀铝生产线两台套，以及其它涂布、复合、膜压等配套设施，年产各种VMPET、VMCPP、VMBOPP、VMPE、透明介质膜以及用于香烟、啤酒商标的高档金属化标签纸共15000吨。

2003年底，公司从意大利伽利略公司引进了当今国际上技术为先进的MEGA型高真空镀膜设备，2004年初已顺利投产，年产6-80цm各种塑膜基材6000吨。该设备汇集了当今世界上新的塑膜镀铝生产技术，特别是通过增加CXCEL气垫装置专利技术，解决了困扰国内彩印行业多年的铝膜镀空线问题；通过增加等离子处理装置，净化基材表层微尘，激活基材表层分子链，以达到增加铝层附着力，增强铝膜阻隔性的目的。目前，该条生产线运行良好，产品性能等各项指标均处于国际同类产品领先水平。公司在现有产品生产销售基础上，更侧重于软包装行业环保型新材料的开发和研制，公司研制生产的国内的透明镀介质膜，以其透明而又有高阻隔性的特殊性质，呈现良好的市场前景。

为提高产品质量和企业管理水平，快速与国际标准接轨，公司已导入ISO9001质量体系，以该系列质量管理体系组织产品生产。
